International Trips |
|
 BFS Middle and Upper School students have opportunities to travel abroad on class trips, typically through our language and history courses, as well as through exchange programs with other Quaker schools around the world. Recent trips have included:
- A visit to Ackworth Friends School in England
- A Spanish class trip to Guanajuato, Mexico
- French class trips to France and Quebec
- Spring break and summer trips to Brazil, Peru, Italy, Greece, France, Russia, Vietnam, Morocco.
In March 2011, our Upper School students visited Spain.
In the 2011-2012 school year, Upper School students will travel to China, France, and Costa Rica.

Zip-lining through the Rain Forest |

A group of 23 eighth graders and three teachers spent a week in Costa Rica zip-lining over the rainforest, watersliding into natural hot springs, touring the capital San Jose, exploring the biodiversity of the Monteverde Cloud Forest, and visiting Tortuero National Park.
