Photo ID Cards
All BFS parents and caregivers receive a school-issued photo ID.Returning parents will not need new photos, but will be issued a 2011-12 card. Your new photo ID will be available at the front desk starting on Monday, Sept. 12, during regular business hours, 7:45 am to 4:00 pm.
New parents will need to have photos taken for BFS IDs. Hours are Mondays through Fridays, 7:45 am to 8:30 am and 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Location is entrance to the BFS meetinghouse (mezzanine). Pick-up is same as above.
Caregivers: If your caregiver is returning to BFS this year,
send an e-mail to the school with the caregiver's name in the subject line and we will prepare a 2011-12 ID for her/him. In the body of the message, include your name, child's name and grade. Pick up is same as above.
For new caregivers, download and complete this
authorization form and have the caregiver come to the school with the form when photos are taken.
