RSVP - Embracing Diversity Conference, March 12th

The BFS PAT hosts an Embracing Diversity Conference on Mon, March 12 to celebrate the iconic Quaker civil rights leader, Bayard Rustin (1912-1987). A screening of the film Brother Outsider: The Life of Bayard Rustin will be followed by a panel discussion. Online RSVP below is necessary to attend.

5:30 pm - Pre-screening conversation with Brother Outsider Filmmaker Bennett Singer led by BFS Student Diversity Leadership Conference and BFS Student Gay/Straight Alliance
6:00 pm - Screening of Brother Outsider (50 minutes)
Panel discussion to follow with Guest Speakers:Filmmaker Bennett Singer
Walter Naegle, Bayard Rustin’s life partner; Velma Hill, Civil Rights activist and Rustin’s colleague; and other Civil Rights activists from our local community.
