BFS policy requires that all medications which students need to take during the school year must be given to the School Nurse for dispensing; the Medication Administration Form must accompany the medication, which needs to be in its original packaging.
Should an illness occur and a student need to take prescription medication during the school day or during school activities, the Medication Administration Form needs to be filled out and returned to the School Nurse.
An Authorization for Self-Medication Form is also available.
